My mandate was to manage the National Geographic Tile—a premium brand destination within the app—ensuring that priority launches, library gems, and seasonal stunts were merchandised effectively to drive engagement and reduce churn
THE KEY COLLECTIONS
I moved beyond static lists by building Dynamic Collections tied to cultural pillars. By aligning the editorial calendar with global initiatives (Earth Month, Sharkfest, Hispanic Heritage), I ensured the Nat Geo library felt timely and urgent.
